We are Mark and Kali List. Together, we own and operate Firefly Fields Border Collies. Our farm, Firefly Fields, is a small horse breeding and training farm. Kali is an ARIA certified riding instructor and, together with her friend and business partner, Andrea, Kali raises Appaloosa Sport Horses and Sport Ponies.

Firefly Fields is also a working hobby farm. We raise a variety of chickens, Muscovy ducks, and Mini Lop rabbits. We produce eggs, chicks and ducklings, and meat for ourselves and our neighbors.

While visiting Darrowby Ducks and Rachel Noone in Fenton to pick up some ducklings, we were surprised to see they had a wonderful litter of Border Collies. ABCA Summer Storm, aka "Twister" came home with us 4 weeks later.

Mark List has always admired the Border Collie breed. Mark and Kali both have extensive experience with working dogs and training. Kali was an all-breed trainer for over 15 years with the Midland Michigan Kennel Club and bred working line German Shepherds. Both of us actively competed in agility, competitive obedience, disc, and schutzhund. Mark won several high-in-trials in agility with his Australian Shepherd, Twila.
